SENIORMATCH SUPPORT
Use SeniorMatch support for registration, sign-in, profiles, messages, membership or billing. Email support@senior-match.uk for broken links, incorrect UK website information or accessibility problems on senior-match.uk. Never include a password, security code or full payment-card number.
BEFORE YOU WRITE
A clear subject and a few relevant details reduce follow-up questions. Use the account email address when contacting SeniorMatch, but do not place sensitive credentials in the message.
Try the password-recovery option first. If it does not work, tell SeniorMatch Support which sign-in page you used, the approximate time, your device and the exact error text. Do not send your password.
Name the profile field, photo, conversation or membership feature involved. For a charge, include the transaction date and amount shown on your statement, but hide the full card number and unrelated transactions.
Use the in-service report or block option when it is available. Save the profile URL, dates and relevant messages before blocking if doing so feels safe. Contact emergency services for immediate danger rather than waiting for an online reply.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
Write what you expected to happen, what happened instead and the last step you completed successfully. Exact details are more useful than “it does not work”.
